150 Day’s ago I started on the Dad Bod Project. I was 240 pounds and everything hurt. I have progressed with many up’s and down’s I am at 206 pounds. My goal is 195 pounds. Follow me on this Journey.

The picture below is when I won my first and only half marathon. My race weight was roughly 185-195. I still believe I can get my weight down to at least 195, but it will take work and focus.
